Apple cider vinaigrette is light, tangy, and extremely versatile - it&#x27;s delicious on virtually any salad. And it&#x27;s much fresher and bolder than a store-bought version. Give it a try!

Apple Cider Vinaigrette

olive oil

apple cider vinegar

honey

Dijon mustard

garlic (minced)

salt and pepper (to taste

Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together.

Pour into a serving jar and enjoy. Or store in an airtight container in the fridge.

extra virgin olive oil

maple syrup

tbsp dijon mustard

salt

tsp black pepper

Add apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, dijon mustard, salt and pepper to a blender and blend on high until thoroughly combined

Reduce blender speed to medium low and pour olive oil in through the top in a slow and steady stream, increasing the speed as you pour in more oil.

Blend until a fully mixed dressing remains. Pour into an airtight container for storage. Store in the fridge for up to 1 month.

Great dressing! It’s very easy to make and now i have a mason jar of a dressing that i’ll continue to use for all the greenies!

I make this with white balsamic vinegar as Madeline suggested once. Absolute perfection in a bottle!

Delicious! I made it in a mason jar with an immersion blender and left out the maple syrup due to trying to lower my A1C and it’s still so good!

I just made a double batch of this dressing for my lunches this week (I eat a lot of salads), and it’s SO good. I love how versatile it is and how I could switch it up with a different vinegar or add some herbs or lemon juice for different flavors. Will definitely make again!

delicious dressing! totally didn't read the recipe before adding everything, so I just shook it up in a mason jar- still great. I added a little maple syrup to give a slight hint of sweetness!
