Shake up a perfectly chilled spiced apple cider mocktail at your next fall party! It can easily be made into a cocktail too.

Apple Cider Mocktail - non-alcoholic drink for fall

sugar

water

cinnamon

ginger root, (peeled and thinly sliced)

cinnamon-ginger simple syrup, (chilled)

apple cider, (chilled)

cinnamon sugar, (for rimming the glass)

apple slice or cinnamon stick to garnish ((optional))

Mix sugar, water, cinnamon sticks, and sliced ginger root in a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat until sugar is dissolved.

Let cool completely. When cool, strain to remove ginger and cinnamon sticks.

For the Simple Syrup:

Pour cinnamon sugar into a shallow bowl or plate. Prepare martini glass by wetting the rim with apple cider and then dipping in cinnamon sugar.

Add ice to martini shaker. Pour in cider and simple syrup. Shake for 10 to 15 seconds.

Pour into prepared glass. Garnish with apple slice or cinnamon stick.

This apple cider mocktail made with fresh ginger, fresh apples and ginger beer, is a refreshing drink that&#39;s also easy to make! It&#39;s the perfect non-alcoholic drink for parties!

ginger

No-sugar-added apple cider

Ginger beer

Cinnamon sticks

Apple slices,

Using a muddler, press the fresh ginger in the bottom of a large shaker or jar until the ginger is fragrant. Add the cider to the shaker. Shake.

Place ice in glasses. Add 6 ounces of the cider to each glass. Top each with 2 ounces of ginger beer. 

Garnish with fresh apple slices and a cinnamon stick. Serve immediately.
