Avocado Ice Cream. This avocado ice cream is a very easy healthy homemade ice cream that's vegan, paleo-friendly and absolutely tasty. Creamy, smooth and ultra rich with no ice cream maker.

Avocado Ice Cream

can full-fat coconut milk (refrigerated overnight)

avocados

banana

maple syrup

lemon juice

mint leaves

Chill a loaf pan in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.

In a high-speed blender, add the peeled and pitted avocados. Scoop out the solid part of the coconut milk into a blender and save the liquid part to use in another recipe (like a smoothie). Add the banana, maple syrup, lemon juice and mint leaves. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour the mixture into the chilled loaf pan and use the back of a spoon to distribute evenly. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight.

For best results, let soften for 10-15 minutes at room temperature before serving.

How to Make Avocado Ice Cream

This rich and creamy dairy-free, low-carb, no-churn 4-ingredient Pistachio &amp; Avocado Ice Cream is not only simple to make but a delicious healthy summer treat!

Simple 4-Ingredient Avocado Ice Cream

avocado* (medium-sized)

pistachios

coconut cream

tBsp honey ((or maple))

Blitz the pistachios in a blender/food processor to obtain a flour-like consistency.

Open up the avocados, scoop out the flesh &amp; add it to the pistachio flour.Note: To make this dessert more fun, you can use the avocado shells as serving cups. If you do this, make sure to scoop out the flesh carefully so you keep the shell intact. You can also keep the seeds.

Add the coconut cream and honey to the pistachios and avocados and blend them well until you obtain a creamy mixture.

Serve in cups or the avocado shells (see video) and put in the freezer. Keep for at least 30-60 minutes so the cream can begin to properly set. You can also keep it overnight till the cream is more frozen.

If completely frozen, let it out of the freezer for about 30 minutes so it softens. Enjoy your avocado ice cream!

No-churn avocado ice cream is easy to make with only four ingredients yet tastes so much better than store-bought. So creamy and delicious!

freshly-squeeze lemon juice

(14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

heavy cream

Cut avocados in half and remove pits. Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh and drizzle with lemon juice.

In a food processor or blender, combine avocado and condensed milk. Blend until smooth and no avocado chunks. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl.

In another bowl, add heavy cream. Using a hand mixer at low speed, beat mixture until it begins to thicken. Increase speed to medium and continue to beat for about 8 to 10 minutes or until stiff peaks form.

Add 1/3 of the whipped cream to the avocado bowl and gently fold in until there are no visible white streaks, making sure not to deflate the whipped cream. Repeat with another 1/3 of whipped cream and then the remaining 1/3 of the whipped cream.

Transfer the mixture into a loaf tin. Cover with plastic wrap, pressing down film onto the surface of the mixture.&nbsp;

Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm. Serve frozen.

How to Make No-Churn Avocado Ice Cream

Ingredients:

2 large avocados
1 teaspoon freshly-squeeze lemon juice
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups heavy cream

Instructions:

How to Make Avocado Ice Cream without an Ice Cream Maker

This Vegan  Chocolate Avocado Ice Cream is not only super chocolatey, no churn, and delicious, but is healthy for you!

Vegan Chocolate Avocado Ice Cream

13.5 oz can full fat coconut milk (380 g)

cocoa powder

Tablespoon vanilla extract

water

Vegan hot fudge (for drizzling)

Vegan Sprinkles (for sprinkling on top)

Add the avocado and coconut milk to a food processor/blender and pulse together.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend in for about 2 minutes until smooth and incorporated, scraping down the bowl once.

Place all ice cream base into a freezer-safe container in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set up before freezing. Freeze the ice cream according to the manufacturer's instructions for your machine.

Ice Cream Machine

Place all ice cream base into a freezer-safe container and place in the freezer and allow to freeze for 1 hour.

Whisk slightly every 20 minutes to avoid it getting too icy for 3-4 hours. It should be getting thicker after each whisking, until it's firm enough to scoop.

To eat: serve immediately or when you are ready for it (after it's been in the freezer), thaw for 5-10 minutes and scoop with an ice cream scoop.

You can optionally add hot fudge and sprinkles on top.

No Machine

Here's what you need: ripe avocado, eggs, honey, vanilla extract, whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder
