This is the best version of this classic guacamole dip. The ingredients are kept to a minimum, so it's as fresh-tasting as possible.

Best ever chunky guacamole

Use a large <a href="https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/content/top-five-cooks-knives">knife</a> to pulverise 1 large ripe tomato to a pulp on a board, then tip into a <a href="https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/content/top-five-mixing-bowls">bowl</a>.

Halve and stone the 3 avocados (saving a stone) and use a spoon to scoop out the flesh into the bowl with the tomato.

Tip the juice of 1 large lime, a handful of roughly chopped coriander, 1 finely chopped small red onion and 1 deseeded and finely chopped red or green chilli into the bowl, then season with salt and pepper.

Use a <a href="https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/content/top-five-whisks">whisk</a> to roughly mash everything together. If not serving straight away, sit a stone in the guacamole (this helps to stop it going brown), cover with cling film and chill until needed.

These homemade tortillas are soft, pliable and flavorful with the goodness of avocadoes and with high nutritious amarnath flour.

amaranath flour

whole wheat flour

tsp baking powder

olive oil

water

In a bowl mash, the avocadoes.

Add the amaranth flour, whole wheat flour, salt, baking powder, olive oil and combine well.

Mix till the avocadoes are incorporated with the flour. Add water little by little to form a smooth, pliable dough.

Use your hands and knead the dough for 5 minutes till it does not stick to your hand.

Preparing the dough

Cut the dough into 10 equal pieces. Roll them into a ball.

Place the dough on the parchment paper and press the ball to flatten it. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough a little thick.

Dust them with flour while rolling.

To make perfect round tortillas, you can use a plate or lid and cut around it. Keep the outside dough to reform a ball and roll into tortillas again.

Rolling the dough

Heat the iron or any pan on a medium heat and place the rolled tortilla and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and cook again for 2 to 3 minutes.

Repeat for all the other tortillas.

Brush some oil on top and serve as you prefer.
