Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls

broccoli florets (finely chopped)

breadcrumbs (for binding)

cheddar cheese

Parmesan cheese

eggs (for binding)

tbsp all-purpose flour (for binding)

garlic powder (for seasoning)

onion powder (for seasoning)

to taste salt and pepper

as needed cooking spray (for greasing the baking sheet)

Prepare the Broccoli

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Steam broccoli florets until tender-crisp (3-5 minutes). Allow to cool, then finely chop.

Mix Ingredients
