Creamy baked spaghetti is an easy, fuss-free dinner recipe and is perfect for weeknight dinners and will become a family favorite in no time.&nbsp;

Creamy baked spaghetti

tbsp butter

tbsp flour

milk

cream

garlic powder

tsp smoked paprika

cheese (a mixture of cheddar and mozzarella works well)

500 grams/1lb

Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC/400ºF. Melt the butter in an oven-proof skillet/deep frying pan.&nbsp;

Whisk in the flour until a smooth paste is formed then slowly whisk in the milk over medium-low heat until the sauce is smooth. Add the cream and spices and allow the sauce to cook gently for 5-10 minutes or until the flour has cooked out and the sauce is silky smooth.&nbsp;

Add the cheese and turn the heat off. Allow the cheese to melt then season to taste.&nbsp;

Add the cooked spaghetti and stir to combine.&nbsp;

Top with cheese then place in the oven and allow to bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.&nbsp;

Remove from the oven and serve.&nbsp;

Million Dollar Chicken Spaghetti

spaghetti noodles (1 package)

cream cheese (softened)

mozzarella cheese divided

parmesan cheese

½ cup half and half

chicken

oregano

onion powder

parsley ((optional))

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly oil your baking dish.

Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for about 10 minutes or until al dente, drain, and set aside.

In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, 2 cups of mozzarella, parmesan, chicken, half & half, and spices. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.

Pour half of the spaghetti into the baking dish and top with half of the cheesy sauce mixture.

Add another layer of spaghetti followed by the rest of the sauce.

Top with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.

Cover with foil. Place in the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Remove foil and place under broiler for 2-4 minutes until brown and bubbly!

Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
