We’ve used our home-made Banana Ketchup as the sticky flavour base for this sweet, tangy curry recipe. It&#039;s so tasty! You won’t believe it’s slimming friendly.

Banana Ketchup Curry | Slimming &amp; Weight Watchers Friendly

portions of Banana Ketchup

chicken breasts

peppers

corn

tin chopped tomatoes

low calorie cooking spray

salt and black pepper (to taste)

Spray

Spray a frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and place over a medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes until the chicken has coloured.

Add the peppers and baby corn to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the banana ketchup and tinned tomatoes and mix well. Let simmer for 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

Season

Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with a side of rice.
