Preheat an oven to 375ºF and use a bread knife to cut the dinner rolls in half. Place the bottom of the rolls on the baking sheet. Set the top of the rolls aside.

Place 4 slices of cheese on top of the bottom half of the rolls, followed by the chicken, red onion, and parsley. Add the remaining 4 slices of cheese on top and place the top half of the rolls on top.

Spray the tops of the rolls with cooking spray or brush with butter and bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.

Crockpot BBQ Chicken Sliders are perfect for an easy dinner recipe or even an appetizer! The chicken cooks in the crockpot and assembling the sliders is quick and easy!

Crockpot BBQ Chicken Sliders

chicken breasts

tsp each of salt, pepper, paprika

TBSP ranch dressing seasoning

TBSP minced garlic

TBSP vinegar

BBQ Sauce (I usually use Sweet Baby Ray’s)

(1) 12 pack of King’s Hawaiian Sliders

Colby Jack Cheese

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

bacon

TBSP of butter

TBSP of Ranch Seasoning

Spray a crockpot with cooking spray.

Add chicken, minced garlic, vinegar, and all the seasonings to a crockpot.

Add some BBQ sauce on top. I don't use exact measurements for this part. I usually just do enough to cover the chicken, but you can really use as much as you'd like.

Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.

Shred the chicken, stir well, and add a little bit more BBQ sauce if needed.

Slice King’s Hawaiian rolls in half and add sliced Colby Jack cheese.

Top the cheese with a layer of the shredded BBQ chicken.

Add shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken.

Add at least 6 strips of cooked bacon and place the tops of the rolls on top.

Add 1 TBSP of ranch seasoning to 4 TBSP of melted butter. Brush the melted butter/ranch seasoning all over the tops of the sliders.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Extremely easy! Also like the other recipe Luke shared using this bbq chicken on baked potatoes.

These were absolutely delicious!!!  I couldn’t wait to eat dinner all day! The house smelled amazing!

I agree. Even with the temp amended to 350 degrees F, I only left in the oven for 8 minutes. Lovely recipe!

400° is way too hot for the ending. Our buns came out burnt. Other than that, they had excellent flavor!
