Chia Overnight Oats made with chia, oats, and almond milk. So easy and perfect for a quick healthy breakfast on the go! YUM!

Berry Chia Overnight Oats

Quaker Oats rolled oats

chia seeds

milk

salt and cinnamon

maple syrup or other sweetener to taste

berries

yogurt

Place the oats, seeds, milk, salt, and cinnamon in a jar with a lid. Refrigerate overnight.

Puree the berries. (I usually incorporate this into my smoothie routine, so I either use leftover smoothie or just blend up a huge smoothie batch so I have a little extra for the oats. You don&#8217;t HAVE to do this, but it&#8217;s a nice way to add some fruit and color.)

Stir oats with your frozen berry puree and top with yogurt and more berries, nuts, honey, whatevs you like.

I literally NEVER finish my smoothie...now I can recycle it :D woohoo!

I am an Indian girl and I never had this combination of oats, fruits, and milk in the breakfast before, but after seeing this post,  I m gonna add this healthy one in my breakfast menu...

I almost always have this in my frig, but haven't put in as many chia seeds as your recipe calls for, so will experiment the next time.  I eat it with fresh fruit and app. a TBLSP of min semi-sweet chocolate chips sprinkled on top. ( a MUFA, don't you know?) And whatever else I feel like throwing into the mix.  Delicious!

Thanks for this! The first morning, I was not sure - they were still pretty milky. By the second morning, though, they were great! So maybe they are more like "36-hour oats" instead of overnight, ha! We did not use a compote, but had a little strawberry rhubarb jam from Blackberry Farms that we dolloped on top. It was great. Just discovered your blog and have loved trying out a few recipes!

Okay- tried this and I am SOLD. I was always a fan of overnight oats- but never tried it with chia seeds and my goodness!  The extra creaminess is where it's at!  Just curious, as I haven't found it directly on your website, but do you do any of your things gluten free?  I have Celiac, and so I either create new gluten free recipes, or play with what's out there, giving due credit of course ;)

Love these ready-to-go meals! Instead of 1/2 cup of oats, I substitute a 1/4 cup oats and 1/4 cup muesli from a fantastic Minnesota-based company, Seven Sundays. I used their Blueberry, Lemon, &amp; Chia one. Little extra texture and flavor with the dried fruits. Delicious!

I like your suggestion to use this different type of oats. Hope i will use it soon in my daily diet.

Thank you for posting the berry chia overnight oats recipe (and many others in the past few years).  I had never tried overnight oats before, and I immediately became a fan.  That's a big serving for me but makes 2 nice-sized ones.  Also, I didn't have whole chia seeds on hand when I tried this the first time but used ground chia instead.  After trying it with whole chia seeds, I prefer the ground version (but I use a T. or so less).  Keep the great recipes coming, appreciated!

Thick and satisfying, loaded berry coconut overnight oats that are high in protein and packed with flavour and nutrition. Prep them in two minutes to wake up to this delicious breakfast.

Berry Coconut Overnight Oats with Protein

(30 g) oats

tbsp (25 g) shredded unsweetened coconut

(70 g) mixed frozen berries

serving (42 g) Vega Performance Protein in Vanilla

Place all ingredients in a container and shake or stir to thouroughly combine.

Optional: Served topped with warmed fresh or thawed frozen berries, a few slices of banana, cocao nibs and a spoonful of peanut butter.

This looks gorgeous! My favourite recipe for oats is: apple (stewed if possible), cinnamon, raisins, and peanut butter. My local shop does a maple sysrup and pecan peanut butter and I love it!

Hi - This looks great!  What is the best type of oatmeal to use?  I'm new to overnight oatmeal, and I know there is a difference between slow cook, quick cook, steel oats, etc.  Thanks!

Add all the ingredients to a bowl or jar and stir until combined.

These berry overnight oats are the perfect weekday breakfast/ mid morning snack. Made a bunch last Sunday to have the fridge stocked for the week.

These overnight oats are beautifully thick and creamy! They&#39;re perfect for busy mornings, meal prepping, and quick grab-and-go breakfasts. The recipe is easily doubled or tripled to make more, and they’ll keep for at least 4 days if stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Mixed Berry Protein Overnight Oats

(25 grams) old-fashioned rolled oats

(120 grams) plain nonfat Greek yogurt

(60 milliliters) nonfat milk

liquid stevia ((or adjusted

(35 grams) strawberries, diced

(35 grams) blueberries

Add all of the ingredients to a glass jar or airtight container with a tight-fitting lid, and stir until fully combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.
