Curried Sausages are a classic Aussie style comfort dish that&#x27;s easy to prepare and full of flavour.  Grilled sausages, fried onions and vegetables are simmered in a gravy-like curry sauce.  The BEST curried sausages you&#x27;ll try.  

Easy Curried Sausages

Olive Oil

Beef Sausages

Brown / Yellow Onion, halved and thinly sliced

Garlic Cloves, minced

Carrots, sliced

Potato, diced

Tomato, diced

Vegetables

Beef Stock (see notes below)

tsps Curry Powder (Mild)

Worcestershire Sauce

Tomato Sauce / Ketchup

Salt & Pepper,

Frozen Peas

tbsps Cornflour / Cornstarch

Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a frying...

Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a frying pan on medium heat, then brown sausages on all sides.  Remove sausages from pan and chop into small pieces.

Add in the rest of the vegetables (except for the frozen peas) and the chopped sausages, then cover with beef stock (you may need 3-4 cups).  Stir in worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, curry power and season with salt and pepper.  Cover and bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
