This Tenderloin is so easy to cook, and results in juicy, tender pork every time!

Roast Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Sauce

dijon mustard

olive oil (divided)

kosher salt & black pepper

butter

garlic (minced)

chicken broth

heavy cream

dry mustard powder

Dijon mustard

thyme

Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a baking sheet with foil.

Combine dijon mustard and 1 tablespoon olive oil in a small bowl. Brush over pork tenderloin and season with salt &amp; pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Brown the pork evenly, about 2-3 minutes per side, and transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Cook 18-20 minutes or until a thermometer reads an internal temperature of 145° F.

While pork is cooking, add butter and garlic to the same pan and cook 1 minute or until garlic is fragrant. Add chicken broth and scrape up any brown bits.

Stir in cream, mustard powder, dijon mustard, and thyme. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat.

Remove pork from the oven and rest for 5 minutes.  Slice and serve with mustard sauce.

Marinated Pork Tenderloin in Air Fryer

Sea salt

Preparing the Pork for Cooking

Preheat your air fryer to 400 °F (200 °C) for 5 minutes. Cut your pork tenderloin in half if needed to fit inside your air fryer. Use a sharp knife to remove any excess fat or sliverskin on the pork.

Making the Marinade

While the air fryer preheats, mix together the ingredients for the pork tenderloin marinade.

Brushing the Pork with the Marinade

Brush the pork tenderloin with the marinade on all sides.

Air Frying the Pork

Place the marinated pork tenderloin in the air fryer basket and air fry for 20 minutes at 400 °F (200 °C). Check the tenderloin with a meat thermometer, the internal temperature should be a minimum of 145 °F  (63°C). The meat is done at this temperature.

Resting and Serving

Remove the tenderloin from the air fryer and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with your sides of choice.
