Big Mac Keto Meatloaf is made with pork rinds and ground beef, stuffed with cheese, and topped with Big Mac sauce for the best low carb meatloaf recipe EVER.

Big Mac Keto Meatloaf

beef

Pork rinds (finely crushed)

Worcestershire sauce

Onion powder

Salt

Garlic powder

American Cheese

Mayonnaise

Dill pickle relish

Yellow mustard

White wine vinegar

Paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl combine ground beef, pork rinds, egg, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, and garlic powder. Mix ingredients until fully combined.

Press ½ of the ground beef mixture into the bottom of a parchment paper lined loaf pan. Make a slight indentation in the center of the ground beef leaving a 1 inch edge.

Place cubed American cheese into indentation and the cover with the remaining ground beef mixture pressing it into the bottom half so the meatloaf is sealed.

Bake for 60-70 minutes.

While the meatloaf bakes whisk all of the Big Mac sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Set aside.

When done baking remove the meatloaf from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes.

Remove the meatloaf from the pan and then top with Big Mac sauce.

I kid you not, this tastes JUST like a Big Mac, except it&#039;s low carb and you know exactly what went into it.&nbsp;

Keto Big Mac Salad | Low Carb Hamburger Salad

tsp Prepared Mustard

tbsp Dill Pickles

White Vinegar

onions, chopped

lb Lean Ground Beef

tsp Ground Black Pepper

Make the dressing. Mix mayo, diced pickles, mustard, vinegar, onion, paprika and Swerve. Set aside while you get the other ingredients together. Set aside while you get the other ingredients together.

Heat a 10-inch sauté pan over medium heat. Add the ground beef, smash it to break up the clumps, and cook until it's almost cooked through. Add salt and pepper and finish cooking it all the way.

While the ground beef is browning, chop lettuce. Slice onions and then cut into half. Roughly chop pickles..

When you are ready to serve the salad, mix the lettuce, onions, pickles, and cheese. Put into four bowls. Add in ¼ of the ground beef mixture into each bowl. Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.

Keto Big Mac Salad 39 seconds

Cheeseburger Egg Rolls have a flavorful ground beef filling fried in an egg roll wrapper and served with a creamy burger dipping sauce.

Cheeseburger Egg Rolls (+Video)

bacon (or precooked bacon crumbles)

white onion, (diced)

garlic, (minced)

pickles

cornstarch

water

egg roll (or spring roll) wrappers

In a large pan, fry up the bacon. Once cooked, remove the pieces from the pan and set aside to cool. In the same pan, cook the diced onion until translucent. Add the garlic and cook for just about a minute.

Next, add the ground beef to the pan with onions and garlic. Cook and crumble the ground beef. Season mixture with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is thoroughly cooked. Remove the beef from the heat and drain off any excess liquid and place back into the pan.

Chop the bacon into small pieces. Sprinkle in the cheese, pickles and bacon pieces in with the ground beef mixture. Stir until the cheese is slightly melted.

Whisk together the cold water and cornstarch. Use a brush (or your finger) to spread the mixture around the edge of the egg roll wrapper.

Add about 3 tablespoons of the hamburger mix to the bottom corner of the wrapper. Tightly roll the wrapper around the filling one time.Then fold in the outer corners and continue to roll. Secure the top by lightly stretching the top corner to stick to the wrapper.

Repeat this process with the rest of the wrappers until there is no more filling left. Heat a deep frying pan over medium heat. Fill with the vegetable oil (until about halfway full.)

Heat the oil up to about 350F degrees. Once heated, carefully add in about 4 egg rolls at a time and fry on both sides for about a minute and a half or until the outer layer turns a light golden color on each side.

Drain the egg rolls from the oil and place them on a plate with a paper towel or over a cooling rack with a pan underneath.

Continue the process until all of the egg rolls have been cooked. Let cool for five minutes before serving.

For the cheeseburger egg rolls:

Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl. Refrigerate for 5-6 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together, then serve.
