Big Mac Sliders are filled classic flavors of a Big Mac sandwich in the cutest little slider form, complete with secret sauce! Easy to make at home, this copycat tastes just like a McDonald&#039;s burger, but made mini.

Big Mac Sliders

lb beef

Salt & pepper

garlic powder

¼ white onion (finely chopped)

Shredded lettuce

American cheese

Pickle chips

count Hawaiian Rolls

Melted butter

Sesame seeds

mayo

French dressing

yellow mustard

sweet pickle relish

white vinegar

sugar

onion powder

paprika

salt

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and lightly prepare a 9x13 baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together for the Mac sauce. Mix with a fork until well blended. (this will create a pink color sauce). Cover and place inside the refrigerator to chill until ready to use.

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder and white onion. Mix well until fully combined.

Press beef mixture into the shaking baking sheet, creating a flat even rectangle and cook for 12-15 minutes. When done, do not turn the oven off.

Using a bread knife, carefully cut the Hawaiian rolls into a top and bottom portion by cutting through the middle, evenly around all sides. Do not pull the individual rolls apart yet. Place the bottom on a flat surface and the top portion to the side.

Spread the mac sauce thick on the bottom of the rolls.

Top with shredded lettuce, the large hamburger patty, american cheese and pickle chips.

Place the top portion of the rolls on and gently press down.

Using a silicone brush, coat the top of the bun heavily in the melted butter. Top immediately with sesame seeds.

Place the sliders onto a 9x13 baking sheet and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the cheese has fully melted.

Serve immediately with french fries or additional Mac sauce.

Juicy, beefy, and cheesy, these Big Mac sliders taste just like the real thing! Perfect for parties or just for easy lunches and dinners, these sliders are a family-friendly favorite.

slider rolls (Hawaiian rolls, or brioche rolls)

oz iceberg lettuce (shredded)

dill pickles (sliced)

Preheat oven to 350˚F.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until the meat is cooked through and browned. Drain the beef, then return to the skillet, season with salt and pepper and set aside.

To make the sauce, combine the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder and mix until evenly combined.

Cut the slider rolls in half. Arrange the bottoms in a casserole dish. Place the cheese over the bottoms, then spread the ground beef over the top and sprinkle with onion. Place the roll tops on the rolls then brush with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.IMPORTANT: Make sure to put the cheese under the meat, or it will de difficult to take the tops off the rolls to add the veggie toppings. If you accidentally put the cheese on top, I recommend placing the roll tops on a separate baking sheet next to the bottoms so that they can all heat/toast without sticking together.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the Big Mac Sliders are heated through and golden. Remove from the tops from the sliders and top with shredded lettuce, Big Mac sauce, and pickles. Replace the tops and serve immediately.

My family devoured these. I smoked them on our smoker and they turned out delish.

These are absolutely delicious!  Sauce is a game changer.  How do I make them so the meat doesn't fall out?  I separated the Hawaiian rolls to make them easier serve but does the bread need to stay together?
