Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and lightly prepare a 9x13 baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2
In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together for the Mac sauce. Mix with a fork until well blended. (this will create a pink color sauce). Cover and place inside the refrigerator to chill until ready to use.
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder and white onion. Mix well until fully combined.
Step 4
Press beef mixture into the shaking baking sheet, creating a flat even rectangle and cook for 12-15 minutes. When done, do not turn the oven off.
Step 5
Using a bread knife, carefully cut the Hawaiian rolls into a top and bottom portion by cutting through the middle, evenly around all sides. Do not pull the individual rolls apart yet. Place the bottom on a flat surface and the top portion to the side.
Step 6
Spread the mac sauce thick on the bottom of the rolls.
Step 7
Top with shredded lettuce, the large hamburger patty, american cheese and pickle chips.
Step 8
Place the top portion of the rolls on and gently press down.
Step 9
Using a silicone brush, coat the top of the bun heavily in the melted butter. Top immediately with sesame seeds.
Step 10
Place the sliders onto a 9x13 baking sheet and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the cheese has fully melted.
Step 11
Serve immediately with french fries or additional Mac sauce.
