3 Ingredient Easy Biscuits Recipe

Keep cream in the fridge until you&#039;re ready to use it.

Add flour to a medium bowl. Pour in cold cream and stir with a heavy wooden spoon until mixed. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.

Dump bowl onto a counter and scrape out any remaining dough or flour. Pat into a rectangle about 2&quot; thick. Fold in thirds, turn 1/4 and fold again, continuing 3 times.

Cut biscuits with a 3&quot; biscuit cutter. Press down and bring straight up. Do not twist biscuit cutter. Pat excess dough out, cut, and repeat process again.

Place biscuits on a cookie sheet about 2&quot; apart. Bake for 12 minutes, until golden. Brush with butter. Serve warm.

These homemade cheddar bay biscuits with Bisquick (or our DIY baking mix) are simple! Just stir, drop, and bake - no biscuit cutters needed. You&#039;ll have them on the table in under 20 minutes, and every bite is full of cheesy goodness.

Bisquick Cheddar Biscuits (Cheddar Bay Biscuits)

Original Bisquick mix ((see notes

baking powder

garlic powder

sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

milk

butter, melted

Preheat oven to 425ºF.

Using a medium-sized bowl, add dry ingredients (the first three ingredients) and stir well to combine. Create a well in the center of the Bisquick mixture.

Pour in the milk and grated cheese. Stir, just until the dough comes together and away from the walls of the bowl (about 30 seconds). If biscuit dough is difficult to stir, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk. For flaky, tender biscuits, do not over mix.

Grease or line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Using two large spoons or small scoop, drop the batter onto the prepared baking sheet. Keep biscuit batter 2&quot; apart. This recipe makes 6-8 biscuits.

Bake for 10 - 12 minutes, until golden in color. Brush biscuits with melted butter and serve warm.
