blended overnight oats

A perfectly balanced, delicious and creamy kids' breakfast.

Blended Berry Overnight Oats

(55 grams) frozen raspberries

(60 grams) frozen blueberries

banana

(55 grams) rolled oats

tbsp chia seeds

tbsp almonds

(185 milliliters) milk

(Optional - Nut butter and fresh berries to top)

Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blitz until smooth.

Pour into two jars, cover and refrigerate over night.

Optional

When ready to eat top each jar with a spoonful of peanut butter and some fresh berries.

These blended overnight oats have a creamy, smooth consistency and are super easy to whip up. Just add everything to your blender, soak overnight and enjoy for breakfast the next morning!

Blended Overnight Oats

½ cup old fashioned rolled oats

almond milk (or your favorite milk)

plain Greek yogurt (or non-dairy yogurt)

maple syrup

chia seeds (optional)

vanilla extract (optional)

sea salt

Toppings: granola (blueberries, a drizzle of nut butter)

Blend

Add oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla and sea salt into a blender and blend until smooth.

Chill

Pour into a jar and place in the fridge overnight. If you’re in a rush you can shorten the soak time to 2-4 hours.

Serve

The next morning (or when ready to eat) give the mixture a stir, top with favorite toppings and enjoy. I did blueberries, granola and a drizzle of peanut butter.
