BLT Dip

package cream cheese, softened

Parmesan cheese

Romaine lettuce

French bread baguette slices ((for dipping))

In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese until blended well; spread into a large shallow dish. Layer with lettuce, bacon, tomatoes, onions and cheddar cheese. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with sliced baguettes.

Creamy BLT Dip

cream cheese (softened)

sour cream

¼ teaspoon smoked paprika

garlic powder

green onions (thinly sliced)

tomatoes (well drained plus extra for garnish)

bacon (cooked and drained, divided)

Combine cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until fluffy with a  mixer on medium.

Stir in smoked paprika, garlic powder, green onions, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and ⅔ of the bacon.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Remove from the fridge, top with lettuce, remaining bacon and chopped tomatoes.

Place the cream cheese in the bowl of a mixer, beat until smooth.

Add the sour cream and ranch, then beat until fully combined.

In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use an electric hand mixer to beat until combined well and creamy. 

Add in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Beat until thoroughly combined with the sour cream mixture. 

Add the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, crispy crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and green onions into the mixing bowl. Use a wooden spoon or rubber spatula to gently mix everything together until well dispersed. 

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, or a lid, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together and the dip to chill. 

Transfer the BLT dip to a serving dish and place it onto a serving platter. Surround the bowl of dip with a variety of dippers; tortilla chips, baguette slices, potato chips, pita chips (soft pita or crunchy chips), fresh vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers), crackers, or pretzels.
