Easy Chia Pudding

almond milk

chia seeds (approx. 50 grams)

g coconut or soy yogurt

agave syrup (to taste)

blue spirulina powder

Whisk together 200 ml almond milk, chia seeds, and sweetener (if using) in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes and then whisk again to prevent it from clumping. Leave it at room temperature for 45 minutes.

Add 150 g coconut/soy yogurt, 50 ml almond milk and 1 teaspoon blue spirulina powder to the chia mixture and stir well until combined.Note: If the pudding looks a bit thick, you can add an extra couple of tablespoons of almond milk and stir again.

Serve in jars and top with coconut/soy yogurt and fresh or frozen berries. Enjoy!

170 Grams White grapes (Frozen)

60 Milliliters Coconut yogurt (vegan yogurt)

Teaspoon Blue spirulina powder

0.25 Dragon Fruit (Sliced)

Tablespoons Blueberries

Large Strawberries (Sliced)

Add ingredients

To make this thick blue smoothie add your bananas, white grapes, coconut yogurt and blue spirulina into a blender.

Blend

Blend your fruity ingredients together until thick and smooth; the texture should be just like a whippy ice cream.

Slice

Once your smoothie ingredients are blended, slice your dragon fruit and strawberries.

Add toppings

Add your fruit toppings to your smoothie bowl, serve, and enjoy.
