Fast Bbq Pork Ribs Recipe

lbs /1 kg pork ribs

onions (thinly sliced)

garlic

coriander seeds (crushed)

chicken broth

barbecue sauce

Trim the ribs and remove any excess fat or membranes.

Heat 3 tablespoons oil in large pot. Saute onion and garlic until tender. Add the ribs, crushed coriander seeds and enough chicken broth to cover the ribs. Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer on low, covered for about 45 minutes, until ribs are tender but not falling apart.

Preheat the bbq to medium heat. Remove the ribs from the boiling water and discard water and onions. Using a brush, cover the ribs all over with bbq sauce and put on grill, meatier side down. Grill for about 10-15 minutes, continually turning and basting with bbq sauce as needed.

Serve immediately. Serve with more bbq sauce.

Cut ribs into individually portioned pieces.

Bring the cider to a boil in a large stock pot and add ribs.

Bring back to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for forty-five to 60 minutes.

Take pot off heat and allow meat to rest in the liquid for about least fifteen minutes.

Remove from liquid and allow to rest and additional 15 minutes.

Cover with your favorite barbecue sauce and place on an uncovered medium heat grill for ten minutes on each side, re-basting as necessary.*
