Copy Cat Recipe taken from Disney Cruise Line Brunch Menu comes this Chef's Recommendation for Bowtie Pasta with Sautéed Mushrooms, Sun-dried Tomatoes in a light Italian Cream Sauce

Bowtie Pasta

oz Bowtie Pasta (Farfalla Pasta)

mushrooms

butter Oil

Sun-dried Tomatoes

Cups Chicken Broth

Cup Heavy Cream

Cup Prosecco (sparkling wine)

tsp garlic

Pepper

tsp Onion Powder

Parmesan Cheese

Wash and dice mushrooms to small bite size piece

Heat Instant Pot to saute' and wait until it reads "Hot"

Add butter or Olive Oil and allow to get hot

Add Mushrooms to saute' for a few minutes

Turn off Instant Pot

Add Broth or Water and deglaze pot if needed

Add Garlic, Pepper, Onion Power, Cream and Prosecco and give a quick stir

Add Pasta and make sure pasta is evenly distributed

Close lid and set to Manual (Pressure Cook) for 4 minutes.  Allow for a 4 minute Natural Release.  Cook 1 minute more if you want your pasta more tender.

Quick Release the remaining pressure and open lid

Add Sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan Cheese and stir.

Sauce will thicken as it cools.

I was super skeptical about this recipe as I don’t like cream cheese and neither does my husband. He also doesn’t like vegetables and I’ve gone pescatarian.... so I’m trying to find food that we will both eat; hearty enough for my carnivore and no meat for me. This hit the spot! I’ll hold the asparagus for him next time (because I love him that much) but he ate it!! The sauce was really tasty and we liked the combination of veggies. Thanks Delish! You are my new go-to for great meals!

I make this recipe a lot just the way it is, very delicious and everyone who tries it loves it.

This is a good recipe. We made ours dairy free. I didn't use parmesan and used a coconut milk cream cheese alternative. Only used half a cup or so of pasta water since I didnt use parmesan. Garnished with a dash of salt and lemon juice. Yum!

The cream cheese adds so much tastiness to this!

Cook the Ground Beef: As soon as the digital display reads &#039;Hot&#039;, add the ground beef to the pot and cook it, breaking it apart into smaller and smaller pieces as it cooks. Continue until the meat is cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes.

Add the chicken stock to the meat and deglaze the bottom of the pot. Layer the pasta on top of the ground beef and, using a wood spoon or spatula, gently push it down into the stock so that it is submerged and damp. Pour the pasta sauce evenly over the pasta, do not mix it in.

5-Minute Cook Time: Close the Instant Pot and set the pressure release valve to &#039;Sealing&#039; and then set the pot to cook on &#039;Manual&#039; / &#039;Pressure Cook&#039;, &#039;High Pressure&#039; for 5 minutes.

Allow for a 2-Minute NPR

2-Minute NPR: Once the cook time has completed, allow for a 2 minute NPR (natural pressure release). Release any remaining pressure after the two minute NPR has completed.
