Easy to make fluffy rolls made in the bread machine.  These dinner rolls taste like Hawaiian sweet rolls and are delicious with a little butter on top! Made with pantry staples for simple bread making!

Fluffy Bread Machine Rolls

milk

bread flour

sugar

salt

butter (melted)

(.25 ounce) package of active dry yeast ((this equals 2 1/4 teaspoons))

Place all the ingredients into the pan of your bread machine in the order that your machine manufacturer recommends.  Mine recommends them in order that I listed in ingredients.  Set on DOUGH cycle and press START.

When machine is finished remove dough from machine pan and place on floured surface, lightly deflating it with your hands.  Divide the dough into 16 equal size pieces and and roll into round balls.

Spray a 13x9 pan with nonstick spray and place the dough balls onto the pan,  placing them directly next to each other.  Cover pan with cloth towel and let rise for 60 minutes.  During this time the rolls will almost double in size.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.   Bake rolls for 16-18 minutes or until golden brown on top.  Remove from oven and allow to cool down to touch.

When serving the rolls, brush a little bit of butter on top of each one to give them a glossy finish.

Easy Bread Machine Dinner Rolls

water

tsp yeast (*or one package)

Put ingredients into your bread machine pan, in order listed above. *Create a well for the yeast and keep it from touching anything liquid

Put bread machine on dough cycle and press start.

Once dough is done, spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.

Flour a cutting board and remove dough from pan. Place on floured surface.

If you want the hamburger buns I mentioned above, divide dough into 12 rolls; if you want dinner rolls, divide dough into 20 rolls.

Roll each dough ball a few times with your hands and place seam side down in your greased pan.

Melt about 4 tbsp. butter (you will only need half, save the other half for step #11).

Brush the tops of the dough rolls lightly with butter.

Allow pan to rise for 45 minutes.

Once rolls have risen a bit, preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake for 16-18 minutes.

Remove from oven and brush with remaining melted butter. Serve!

Bread Machine Rolls (Buttery Italian)

Cups Milk ((lukewarm) - 288 milliliters)

Cups Bread Flour (- 420 grams)

Tablespoons Unsalted Butter ((softened) - 115 grams)

Tablespoons White Granulated Sugar (- 50 grams)

Teaspoons Dried Rosemary (- 3 grams)

Teaspoons Bread Machine Yeast (- 6 grams)

Remove the bread pan from your unplugged bread machine.

Soften butter in a microwave.

Place the milk, butter and then the rest of the ingredients into the bread pan. You can make a little indent on top of the flour in order to avoid the yeast falling into the milk (until the machine starts). Do not combine the salt with the yeast (as the salt can kill the yeast). Place the yeast &amp; salt in separate parts of the bread pan.

Place the bread pan (with ingredients) back into the bread machine and plug in the machine.

Put your machine on the &quot;Dough&quot; setting and press the start button. In our bread machine, the kneading &amp; rising on the dough setting takes about approximately 1:30 hours.

When your bread machine has finished, unplug the machine &amp; pour the dough onto a cutting board. Wear oven mitts. Sprinkle some flour on the cutting board (before you pour the dough) in order to avoid the dough sticking to the cutting board.

Divide the dough into 12 equal parts.

Roll the dough pieces into balls and then press them down slightly into semi-&quot;patties&quot; on a baking sheet.

Use a pastry brush &amp; coat each dough ball/patty with olive oil.

Cover the dough ball/patties with plastic wrap or a slightly wet cloth to protect the dough from dust, etc.

Let the dough sit for at least 40 minutes. During this time, the yeast will rise and the dough will slowly expand into a round roll shape.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees before you begin to bake your rolls.

Remove the cover. Do not move the dough on the baking sheet.

Optional - Sprinkle a little salt on top of dough before baking. It should stick to the olive oil.

Place the baking sheet in the oven. Wear oven mitts.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Baking time may vary depending on the size &amp; shape of your bread rolls. To ensure even coloring, turn the baking sheet around in the oven at the 10 minute mark. Remember to wear oven mitts as the oven will be very hot.

Remove the baking sheet and place rolls on a cooling rack. Wear oven mitts. Let the rolls cool down for 5-10 minutes.
