Anti-Inflammatory Pineapple Smoothie

pineapple

mango cubes

banana

turmeric paste (frozen)

Greek yogurt

orange juice

pineapple wedges

pineapple chunks

Chia seeds

Roughly chop pineapples, mango and banana and place in separate zip lock bags. Freeze the chopped fruits for about 4 to 6 hours or until hardened. You can freeze overnight.

Squeeze out fresh orange juice just before you plan to make pineapple smoothie.

Add frozen fruits, turmeric paste, orange juice to a powerful blender. Top with yogurt. Turn blender on and blend until creamy and smooth.

If need add honey for added sweetness to the smoothie.

Pour smoothie into serving glasses or bowl. Top it with few fresh pineapple chunks, or mango fruit or few slices of banana. Sprinkle some chia seeds. Place the pineapple wedge on the side of the smoothie glass and serve immediately.

Anti Flammatory Pineapple Smoothie

This watermelon banana smoothie is the most refreshing smoothie. Perfect for serving with tacos or spicy barbecue wings on a hot summer day while relaxing on the patio.

Banana Watermelon Smoothie

Add the watermelon, banana and ice cubes to a blender, making sure the ice cubes are closest to the blades.

Pulse the blender a few times until all the ingredients are partially blended. If the blades are not reaching the watermelon and banana, shake the blender container a few times to bring down the fruit, then pulse a couple of times. Next, blend for 5-6 seconds only. Don’t over-blend! There should still be small ice chunks for a slightly slushy texture.

Kick start your morning with this banana smoothie. With bananas, vanilla yogurt, honey, milk, and coffee, you get fiber, protein, and caffeine all in one!

Banana Smoothie

instant coffee granules

Place all ingredients in a blender (in the order listed.)

Put the lid on; start out your blender on low speed and increase to high.

Blend until smooth and you can no longer see the coffee granules.

Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Surprisingly Good! The coffee gives the smoothie a chocolate vibe. A keeper for sure.
