My favorite Buffalo Chicken Wrap includes juicy buffalo chicken layered on crunchy fresh veggies, topped with cheese and creamy dressing and wrapped tightly in a delicious flour tortilla. 

Buffalo Chicken Wrap

chicken breasts

olive oil

Frank's Hot Sauce

paprika

garlic powder

salt

flour tortillas

Blue cheese

Romaine lettuces (, chopped)

carrot (, shredded)

avocado (, sliced)

cheddar cheese

Slice chicken breast into several long, thin strips.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder and salt. Add chicken and allow to marinate for at least 10 minutes (or up to 24 hours).

In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, add the chicken strips. Cook until no longer pink, about 4-5 minutes. 

Meanwhile, place tortillas on a plate and spread with a thin layer of bleu cheese or ranch dressing. Layer with lettuce, carrots, avocado, and cheese.

Arrange a few chicken strips down the center of each tortilla. Wrap tightly, like a burrito. Serve with a side of hot sauce or extra dressing, if desired! Enjoy!

The Ultimate Buffalo Chicken Wrap

head romaine lettuce, chopped

blue cheese, crumbled

cucumber, diced

Add water, salt and chicken to Instant Pot. Cook on high pressure 5 minutes - Instant Pot will take about 10 minutes to preheat, then the 5 minutes to cook. Do a quick release of the pressure, then remove breasts and shred chicken with a fork and knife. Alternatively, bring a large pot of water to a boil, then cook chicken for 15-18 minutes until cooked through. Shred chicken with a fork and knife.

Add chicken back to the pot (make sure you have dumped the water) and toss with buffalo sauce. Add romaine lettuce, buffalo chicken, blue cheese, cucumber and red onion to each wrap, being careful not to overfill them.

Cut them into thirds, then place wraps into glass meal prep bowls. Serve with carrots, celery and dip of your choice - wraps will keep in fridge up to 3 days.

How to make a delicious and easy homemade buffalo chicken wrap in just 5 minutes!

This is the best 3-ingredient healthy buffalo chicken! To make this easy and delicious recipe, you only need 3 ingredients and a slow cooker.

Healthy Buffalo Chicken

lbs chicken breast (about 3 large)

Frank's Buffalo Sauce

ranch seasoning packet (about 3 tbsp)

salt and pepper (to taste

Place chicken breast into slow cooker.

Mix the sauce ingredients together (buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning).

Pour the sauce over chicken into the slow cooker.

Cook on high 3-4 hours.

Remove the chicken from the sauce and shred.

Add the shredded chicken back to the sauce.

This Buffalo chicken wrap recipe is ready in 15 minutes! Crispy chicken tenders brushed with tangy Buffalo sauce, tucked into tortillas with creamy ranch, cheese and lettuce.

chicken tenders* (I used my air fryer chicken tenders)

Frank’s Buffalo Sauce

flour tortillas (or 4 large tortillas)

ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing

iceberg lettuce (or romaine lettuce)

cheddar cheese (or 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese)

honey (optional)

green onions

Prepare the chicken tenders according to your method of choice*—our favorite is Air Fryer Chicken Tenders or Baked Chicken Tenders.

Warm

While they cook, in a microwave-safe bowl or small saucepan, heat the Buffalo sauce until warm. Place the chicken tenders on a plate and brush both sides liberally with Buffalo sauce.

Assemble

To assemble the wraps, lay your tortillas on a work surface. Spread with the dressing, then top with the lettuce, cheese, and 1 to 2 chicken tenders (depending upon if your tortilla is small or large).  Drizzle the chicken tenders with the honey (if using). Sprinkle with green onions. Roll and DEVOUR!

It is so simple but it also tastes great! I was kinda worried at first using Frank’s hot sauce coz I thought it would be too much for me, but it was not that super spicy and I dipped them in ranch. Superb!

Delicious! I made these in small tortillas, then a quick fry on the stove to close the opening for a warm wrap. Also I froze several and then reheated them up throughout the week and they were just as good!
