Butter Steak Bites with Garlic Herb Potatoes is a sizzling skillet dish made in under 30 minutes. Elevate your everyday steak and potatoes with this simple and delicious version!

Butter Steak Bites with Garlic Herb Potatoes

butter (divided in half)

olive oil

potatoes

garlic

oregano

rosemary

salt

pepper

sirloin

Heat a cast iron skillet or non stick skillet over medium high heat.

Add 2 tablespoons of butter and olive oil to the pan heat until butter is melted.

Add potatoes, garlic, oregano, rosemary, salt and pepper.

Cook for about 4-5 minutes

Stir and cook for an another 4-5minutes or until fork tender.

Remove potatoes from pan and set aside in a bowl.

Return the skillet to stove and turn stove to high heat.

Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.

Add the steak bites in a single layer and cook for 1 minute, not turning.

Then stir the steak bites for another 1-2 minutes or until desired doneness.

Remove the skillet from heat and add the potatoes to the cook steak and toss together.

Top with fresh chopped parsley,  if desired

Slow Cooker Steak Bites

yellow onions, chopped

1.5 lbs yukon gold baby whole potatoes, washed

TBS minced garlic

(1/2 cup) butter, sliced

tsp salt

tsp black pepper

garlic powder

onion powder

tsp smoked paprika

hamburger

Spray a 6 quart crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.

Season steak bites all over with 1/2 of the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and steak seasoning.

Place seasoned steak bites in crockpot on one side.  Place chopped onions on other side of crockpot.  Place whole baby yukon potatoes on top of onions.

Sprinkle rest of salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and steak seasoning over the potatoes &amp; onions.

Sprinkle the minced garlic all over the steak, potatoes &amp; onions. Top with sliced butter to cover the steak, potatoes &amp; onions.

Place lid on crockpot and cook for 4-6 hours on high until steak is very tender and potatoes are creamy and done.NOTE: the time of 4-6 hours will all depend on size of steak bites, type of steak and potatoes used. Just keep an eye on it and check for tenderness.
