Just because it's made from canned pumpkins doesn't mean this pumpkin butter second-rate. I found that Farmer's Market brand organic pumpkin, in particular, has a silky smooth texture....

Shortcut Pumpkin Butter (with Canned Pumpkin) Recipe

can pure pumpkin purée

apple cider

maple syrup

light brown sugar,

cinnamon

ginger

nutmeg

cloves

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer gently, uncovered. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the pumpkin butter is thick and spreadable and the bubbles that form in it burst very slowly, about 20 minutes.

Allow the pumpkin butter to cool to room temperature. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator. 

Easy Distillate Butter Recipe

unsalted butter (1/2lbs)

thc / cbd distillate

Add water to a sauce pan, and put over high heat.  Once the water is boiling turn down to medium heat.

Add the glass measuring cup into the pan, be careful to not allow water into your measuring cup.

Add butter to the measuring cup and stir over low/medium heat until the butter is melted.

Hold the Distillate under hot water for 30 seconds, this helps the Distillate  come out of the tube better.

Add the Distillate into the butter.  Stir for 1-2 minutes or until all the Distillate is totally dissolved.

Remove the butter from heat, and pour into a storage container or butter molds.  Store in the fridge, Enjoy!
