Cut the cabbage thinly, like you would for coleslaw, and place it into a mixing bowl.

Add the eggs, salt, and dill. Stir well.

Then add the flour and stir again.

Heat up the oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the cabbage mixture, and flatten it with a spoon (it should be about 3/4 – 1-inch thick).

Cover the pancake with a lid and cook for about 5-7 minutes. Flip with the help of a plate, and then cook it for another 5-7 minutes.

Wash the cabbage and grate it in a bowl using a clean grater. Keep it aside until needed again. Wash the onion and coriander leaves as well. Chop them separately into fine pieces and keep them aside.

In a deep-bottomed mixing bowl add enough water followed by gram flour, chopped onion, coriander leaves, cabbage, salt, cumin seeds, salt, ginger paste and turmeric. Mix well to prepare a batter.

Take a non-stick frying pan and put it on medium flame. Add refined oil to it and then pour small portions of the prepared batter into it. Pan-fry the pancakes from both sides until they become crisp in texture. Repeat the same with the remaining mixture. Serve fresh and hot!
