This Grilled Shrimp Boil in Foil Packets is a flavor-packed meal that&#039;s easy to make on the grill or in the oven! This hearty dinner is filled with perfectly seasoned potatoes, shrimp, sausage and more.

Grilled Shrimp Boil in Foil Packets

baby potatoes, (cut into 1.5-inch cubes)

corn

raw shrimp, (thawed, peeled, and deveined)

Andouille smoked sausage,

yellow onion, (thinly sliced)

garlic, (minced)

butter, (melted)

salt

black pepper

bay seasoning

lemon slices & chopped fresh parsley, (for garnish)

Preheat GRILL to 400˚F. Tear out 4 large (measuring 12x12) heavy duty foil sheets. Set aside.

Add 8 cups of water to a large pot and set over high heat; bring to a boil. Add potatoes and corn to boiling water; reduce heat to a steady simmer and continue to cook for 10 minutes. Drain.

In a large mixing bowl combine shrimp, sausages, onion, garlic, potatoes, and corn.

Add melted butter to the shrimp mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and old bay seasoning; stir until thoroughly combined.

Divide the shrimp mixture ingredients between the four aluminum foil sheets. Wrap foils tightly around the ingredients and seal it all together.

Place the packets directly on the grill and cook for 15 minutes, flipping once halfway through cooking. Remove from grill.

Carefully open up the packets, garnish with lemon and parsley; serve and enjoy!

Grill Directions

Preheat oven to 400˚F.

Transfer prepared packets to a large baking sheet.

Cook for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and serve.

Cajun Shrimp Boil

salt (to taste)

thyme

(76 g) butter

(12 g) Creole Seasoning

(6 g) minced garlic

(1 g) thyme

onion, (sliced (optional))

(453 g) shrimp, (peeled and deveined)

(340 g) Andouille Sausage

salt and pepper, (to taste)

lemons,

cilantro, (chopped, for garnishing)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Then spray a sheet pan with a nonstick spray, and set aside.

Fill a large pot with water, season with salt then add the potatoes, and thyme sprigs. Cover and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook about 8-10 minutes or until tender. Potatoes should be firm. Add corn and cook for 3-5 minutes. Drain water.

In a small pan, combine butter, Creole seasoning, garlic, and thyme. You may also add onions.  On medium-low heat, saute them for 30-60 seconds and remove them from heat.

Add the Creole butter sauce to the shrimp, potatoes, and corn and give it a stir until everything is evenly coated.

Line all the ingredients in a single layer on a baking sheet and add the Andouille sausages as well.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Creole Seasoning.

Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until shrimp is pink and cooked through.

Garnish with sliced lemon and chopped cilantro. Serve with Creole butter sauce on the side.

Divide between 3-4 packets of aluminum foil. Fold edges of foil up around the food to close the packet, for heat retention, and to keep the liquids in.

Place on a preheated grill over medium-high heat for about 8 minutes per side.

Serve immediately garnished with lemon wedges.

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium-low heat.

Once melted, reduce heat to low and add minced garlic, old bay seasoning, paprika, cajun seasoning, sugar, cayenne pepper, chili powder, lemon pepper. Cook for 30 seconds until you begin to smell the spices.

Stir in the hot sauce and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes.

Use right away.

Really a great recipe! I've been trying for the longest to get a crab house vibe. I tried to get the fifth star on but it will only let me do four.

Omg great sauce excluded the old bay because of the spice. Added orange juice because I didn’t have fresh Lemmon juice. Not quite the whole shabang but it works
