Voici une recette qui vous fera retourner en enfance : la Gâteau Marbré ! C’est un gâteau qui plaît à tous, petits et grands et qui s’apprécie à toute occasion : anniversaire, goûter d’enfants, pique-nique ou comme moi pour emporter avec vous sur la route des vacances. Je vous présente donc ma recette de Gâteau Marbré Ultra Moelleux 

Gâteau Marbré Ultra Moelleux

300 g de farine

g de beurre (mou)

120 g de sucre

œufs

g de levure chimique

cl de lait

70 g de chocolat noir

cuillères à café de cacao en poudre

Extrait de vanille

pincée de sel

Préchauffez le four à 175 °C (chaleur traditionnelle).

Dans un grand saladier, mélangez le beurre avec le sucre et l’extrait de vanille. Battez jusqu’à ce que le mélange soit bien crémeux. Ajoutez les œufs un par un en continuant de battre. Ajoutez le lait.

Dans un saladier à part, mélangez la farine, la levure et une pincée de sel. Incorporez la farine petit à petit au mélange liquide.

Divisez la pâte en deux. Faites fondre le chocolat au bain-marie et incorporez-le à l’une des deux pâtes. Ajoutez le cacao. Mélangez-bien.

Graissez un moule à cake ou recouvrez-le de papier sulfurisé. Versez ¼ partie de la pâte à la vanille, puis ¼ de la pâte au chocolat, continue ainsi en alternant les couleurs. Pour finir, enfoncez la pointe d’un couteau dans le moule à cake et dessinez un S. Cela fera un joli motif après la cuisson.

Enfournez pendant 45 min. Recouvrez de papier d’alu si le gâteau commence à noircir. Vérifiez la cuisson à l’aide d’un couteau et enfournez éventuellement pendant 5-10 minutes de plus.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C (conventional heat).

In a large bowl, mix the butter with the sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until the mixture is creamy. Add the eggs one at a time while continuing to beat. Add the milk.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Gradually stir the flour into the liquid mixture.

Divide the batter in half. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add it to one of the two doughs. Add the cocoa. Mix well.

Grease a cake tin or line it with baking paper. Pour in ¼ part of the vanilla batter, then ¼ of the chocolate batter, continue in this way, alternating colors. Finally, stick the tip of a knife into the cake tin and draw an S shape. This will make a nice pattern after baking.

Bake for 45 minutes. Cover with foil if the cake starts to darken. Check with a knife to see if it is cooked through and put it in the oven for another 5-10 minutes if necessary.
