60 ml concentrated cold brew coffee (batch infused

milk

agave nectar or honey

Make the cold brew coffee according to your brewer's instructions. Before pouring water over the coffee grounds, add 5 crushed cardamom pods.

Fill a tall glass with ice, add the coffee, milk and honey and stir.

Rip or cut open the four cardamom pods. Remove the tiny seeds from inside.

Grind the seeds with a pestle and mortar, a spice or coffee grinder, or a small food processor.

Add the ground cardamom into your coffee maker.

Top up with the perfect amount of water and let brew.

Plunge and pour into a waiting cup.

Serve black, sweeten with a little sugar or honey and top up with milk if you prefer.
