Make these delicious carnivore tortillas which can be used for tacos, burritos, or as a delicious snack. They are so easy to make!

Grind the pork rings in a food processor until they are a fine powder. Then, place them in a mixing bowl and add eggs, water, 1 tablespoon of butter, and salt. Blend until smooth.

Add a tablespoon of butter to a 9″ cooking pan. Then, eat it over low heat.Add about 1/4 cup of batter to the pan and in a spiral pattern from the center outward until it covers the entire pan surface. Make sure the heat is not too high or the batter will start burning.

Cook it on one side for about 6 minutes, and then flip. Let it cook on the other side for about 4 minutes. Short on time? then check out this carnivore egg white wraps recipe. MUCH quicker to make.

Once done, set it aside and allow it to cool. Add more butter to the pan and continue cooking the remaining batter.

I have made this twice now.  First time as the tortillas, then the second time I baked the entire batch on a sheet pan to use as layers for an enchilada casserole (20 minutes at 350).  It's definitely more of a pancake like consistency BUT I didn't mind that part especially in the casserole.  Thank you so much for sharing your recipe!

Add the drained chicken, eggs and egg whites to a high powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds. The batter should be pourable.

Heat a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Pour about ¼ cup of the batter into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread it into a thin circle, about 7 inches in diameter.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden. Flip and cook the other side for another 30–60 seconds.

Transfer the finished tortilla to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.

Let the tortillas cool completely before serving. Store any uneaten tortillas in an airtight container, with parchment paper in between each tortilla to prevent sticking, in the fridge or freezer. Reheat leftover tortillas before serving.
