This creamy vegan smoothie is made with frozen carrots, banana, mango, and ginger. It&#039;s filling and nutritious!

Carrot Banana Smoothie

carrots

mango

banana

lemon (juiced)

ginger

tbsp hemp hearts

tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

water

Combine the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, about 30 to 60 seconds. Add more water as needed to promote blending.

This carrot smoothie is silky smooth and full of fruity flavor! This healthy veggie is perfect paired with apple, orange, and mango.

Perfect Carrot Smoothie

carrot

banana (room temperature)

orange juice*

pineapple

ice cubes

Optional mix in: 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Peel the carrots and slice them into rounds. Chop the apple, keeping the peel on. Break the banana into pieces.

Add all ingredients to the blender, adding the liquids first. Blend until smooth. Eat immediately or store up to 1 day refrigerated in a covered jar.

A great smoothie, and I will be making it many times, experimenting with things  like cinnamon and yogurt.   But why orange juice instead of a real orange?  The juice in the supermarket is loaded with sugar. And I wonder why you bother dicing and breaking and cubing the apple, carrot, banana, when in a few seconds the blender will chew it all up?

This vegan carrot cake smoothie tastes like carrot cake but is healthy enough to enjoy for breakfast or a yummy snack any time of day. You'll love this creamy blend for a high-protein treat!

Vegan Carrot Cake Smoothie

almond milk

pineapple chunks (140 g)

frozen banana (120 g)

cinnamon

Add the milk to a high-speed blender then add the rest of the ingredients.

Start blending on low then slowly increase speed and blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add up to 1/4 cup additional milk to get it to blend and then reach your desired consistency.

This is one of my favourite smoothies! I make it often and it's always such a delicious treat. Thank you!

This is like supper and dessert in a glass all together and perfect for a hot summer day. Yumm, this is sooo good!  I added a touch of maple syrup and a dollop of vegan whip cream to make it pretty.
