A little crispy on outside with a buttery and salty seasoning blend, this air fryer cauliflower recipe is quick, easy and delicious!  Plus, we have other delicious air fryer appetizers and snacks to munch on in this round up!

15 Air Fryer Appetizers & Snacks: Fried Cauliflower

cauliflower florets

tbsp ghee, melted ((or other cooking oil of choice))

yeast

tbsp arrowroot starch

tsp chili powder

garlic powder

tsp smoked paprika

tsp sea salt

Chipotle aioli

lime juice

Fresh cilantro, chopped

Preheat air fryer (if yours preheats) to 375° Fahrenheit and make seasoning blend. Just combine all the seasonings in a small bowl and mix. Set aside.

Chop cauliflower into florets and place in a large mixing bowl.

Add melted ghee. Toss to coat the cauliflower. Add the seasoning blend and toss again to coat.

Place cauliflower in air fryer in an even layer with a little space between pieces. Avoid overcrowding your basket and cook in batches as needed.

Cook for 15 minutes, stirring halfway. The cauliflower will be tender and a little browned when it&#039;s done.

While cauliflower is cooking, prepare any optional toppings.

Once done, serve warm with any desired toppings, like our chipotle aioli. Enjoy.

Best Air Fryer Cauliflower (Parmesan Crusted)

Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (parmesan)

tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

tbsp of flat leaf parsley, minced

garlic

red chili flakes (optional)

salt and pepper

Cut the cauliflower into bite-size florets. Make sure every piece has a flat area for the parmesan crust to adhere to. 

Mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, red chili flakes, parsley and parmesan cheese in a bowl. 

Spread the parmesan mixture evenly on the bottom of the air fryer basket. Make sure to remove the bottom tray. You want a flat surface for the crust to form. 

Air fry at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until the parmesan cheese is melted and brown and develops a nice bottom crust. 

This is a MUST try for all vegetarians!!!! I think I found my new favorite food!!!
