The easiest comfort food you will ever make. If you like Red Lobster&#039;s cheddar bay biscuits as much as I do, but you&#039;re super lazy and don&#039;t want to bother turning your oven on, then you&#039;ve got to try this easy microwave biscuit for one!

Easy Microwave Cheddar Biscuit In A Mug Recipe (like Red Lobster!)

tbsp all purpose flour

tsp baking powder

butter

tbsp milk ((I use 2%))

tsp parsley flakes

tsp garlic salt ((double

bay seasoning ((very small tsp))

cheddar cheese

In a small mug or bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, parsley, garlic salt, and old bay seasoning.

Next, chop the butter into small pieces and mash it into the flour mixture with a fork. This will make the flour look crumbly.&nbsp;

Once the butter is mixed in well, add the milk and stir until a batter forms.

Gently mix in the grated cheddar cheese. Add a few extra pieces to the top of the batter if you'd like.&nbsp;

Microwave for up to 2 minutes. My microwave is 1200 watts and cooks this perfectly in 1:40 seconds. Start with less time, and cook for longer if needed.&nbsp;

Cheesy Crab Biscuits w/ Garlic Butter

box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix

½ block Cream Cheese

container Lump Crabmeat

Cheddar Cheese

Water (Ice Cold)

tsp Cajun Seasoning

tbsp Butter

tbsp Roasted Garlic

Oil Spray

Add biscuit mix and cream cheese into mixing bowl and mix until a sand-like consistency forms.

Keep the mixer on low and gradually add in water (about 2 tablespoons at a time). The texture should be thick and sticky. Toss in cheese and mix until fully combined.

Drain and dump in your crab meat. Sprinkle in seasonings and gently combine by hand to keep crab meat intact.

Spray hands and baking sheet with oil of choice (I recommend a neutral flavor oil) and form biscuit dough into roughly 6-8 round balls. Place baking sheet with at least 1½ inch of space in between.

Bake biscuits on 350 for about 14 to 20 minutes or until they are golden on the outside and fluffy inside.

Melt butter and add in the seasoning packet and roasted garlic. Mix &amp; drizzle on top of biscuits. Serve warm!
