These cherry cheesecake overnight oats taste like the real deal! They are extra rich thanks to the addition of cream cheese.

Cherry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

oats

milk (I use unsweetened almond milk)

Tablespoon softened cream cheese cream

maple syrup

chia seeds

vanilla

graham cracker sheet, crushed

Add milk and cream cheese into a half-pint mason jar and stir/mash together until cream cheese has broken up into little chunks. Add oats, sweetener, chia seeds, vanilla and cherries into the jar. Stir ingredients together. Place lid on jar and shake to combine a bit more. Place in the fridge overnight (or just a couple hours if you’re making these the morning of).

To serve: remove lid from jar and top overnight oats with crushed graham cracker crumbs and extra  cherries. You can eat the oats straight from the jar or pour into a bowl to enjoy.

I recommend eating these the morning after you prep them, but they should last for 2-3 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Easy Blueberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats (or quick oats*)

cream cheese

vanilla greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

almond milk (or milk of choice)

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix thoroughly until combined.

Add the oats, chia seeds, softened cream cheese, greek yogurt, maple syrup, and almond milk to a large mixing bowl. Stir vigorously until the oat mixture is smooth and evenly combined.

Heat frozen blueberries for use in the overnight oats recipe.

If using frozen blueberries, heat them in the microwave for about 15-30 seconds to thaw them slightly. You can stir the blueberries into the oat mixture now, or save them for topping after the oats chill and thicken.

Cover and chill the oats for 4 hours.

Cover and chill the oats in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results. You can keep the oats in the mixing bowl to chill or transfer them into jars with lids for easy enjoyment later.

Remove from the fridge, add blueberries, and serve.

Once the oats have thickened, remove from the fridge and top with blueberries and graham cracker crumbs if desired. If the oats are too thick, add an extra splash of milk. Serve and enjoy!
