This tender, juicy Italian meatloaf recipe takes just 10 minutes to prepare and tastes delicious served over al dente spaghetti noodles with marinara sauce and freshly grated Parmesan. This new family favorite will quickly earn a spot in your month dinner rotation!

Italian Meatloaf Recipe

al dente spaghetti noodles

Add onion, garlic, and parsley to a food processor.

Pulse until everything is finely minced, scraping down the sides as needed.

Add mixture to a large bowl along with ground beef, ricotta, Parmesan, eggs, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire, oregano, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.

Use hands to gently mix ingredients until just combined. Do not over mix.

Coat a loaf pan with oil and transfer meatloaf mixture to the pan.

Gently press it into the pan, using hands to smooth out the surface so it's flat.

Place loaf pan on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes.

Pour off about half of the liquid from the loaf pan. Bake for another 20 minutes or until meatloaf is cooked through.

Broil meatloaf for 1-2 minutes on high if desired. Let meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Serve meatloaf over al dente spaghetti noodles and top with your favorite spaghetti sauce, plenty of Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley. Pairs well with Easy Homemade Garlic Bread!

Cheeseburger Meatloaf

beef (I use 90% lean)

cooking spray

olive oil

onion (finely diced)

bacon

panko breadcrumbs

yellow mustard

worcestershire sauce

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a sheet pan with foil and coat with cooking spray.

Heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the heat and stir in the mustard and worcestershire sauce.

In a large bowl, combine the onion mixture, beef, bacon, panko breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, egg, 2 tablespoons of water and cheddar cheese.&nbsp;

Mix together until well blended.

Form 4 individual meatloaves and place on prepared sheet pan. Spread 1 tablespoon of ketchup over each meatloaf.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through. Sprinkle with parsley if desired, then serve.

Lightly grease a 9&#215;9 inch baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and half of the ketchup.

Press the meat mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish, spreading it to cover the bottom.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and no longer pink.

Carefully spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the cooked meatloaf layer.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top, then add the crumbled bacon.

Return the casserole to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with green onions or chives if desired.

Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
