Creamy Crockpot White Chicken Chili

chicken breasts

yellow onion

garlic

chicken broth

Great Northern beans

green chiles

can corn

salt

tsp black pepper

cumin

oregano

chili powder

cayenne pepper

cilantro

cream cheese

half and half

jalapenos

avocados

sour cream

fresh cilantro

tortilla strips

Monterey jack cheese

Add chicken breasts to bottom of slow cooker, top with salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, chili powder, and cayenne pepper.

Top with diced onion, minced garlic, great Northern beans, green chiles, corn, chicken broth and cilantro. &nbsp;Stir.

Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours.

Remove chicken to large mixing bowl, shred, then return to slow cooker.

Add cream cheese and half and half, stir, then cover and cook on HIGH for 15 minutes, or until chili is creamy and slightly thickened.

Stir well and serve with desired toppings.

Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili

Made with shredded chicken, beans, cheese, ranch seasoning and plenty of spice, it&#039;s the perfect weeknight dinner recipe the whole family will LOVE!

Instant Pot Crack Chicken Chili

lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts (trimmed of excess fat)

black beans (drained and rinsed well)

oz can whole kernel corn (drained)

tomatoes (drained)

diced green chiles (drained)

bacon (cooked and crumbled)

oz packet ranch seasoning (we like Hidden Valley)

Tbsp chili powder

tsp ancho chile powder

tsp cumin

onion powder

tsp kosher salt

garlic powder

chicken broth (reduced sodium is preferred)

cheddar cheese

cornstarch

Tbsp cold water (optional

cooked and crumbled bacon

shredded cheese

green onions

minced fresh cilantro

jalapeno

lightly crushed Fritos or tortilla chips

Add chicken to bottom of Instant Pot.  Top with black beans, corn, tomatoes, green chiles, bacon, Ranch seasoning, chili powder, chile powder, cumin, onion powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Pour in chicken broth.  Don’t stir.

Secure Instant Pot lid, making sure it’s set to “sealing”.  Select Manual or Pressure cook and use the +/- buttons to select 15 minutes.

When timer beeps and pressure cooking is complete, perform a quick release by carefully moving the valve to “venting”.  When the pin drops, remove lid.

PRESSURE COOK

Use tongs to remove chicken breasts to a mixing bowl or cutting board and shred with two forks.  Be careful when removing the chicken, as it will be very tender and may fall apart.

SHRED CHICKEN

Select &quot;Saute&quot; on the Instant Pot and return chicken to pot.  Add cubed cream cheese and cheddar cheese and stir until both are completely melted into the chili.

MAKE IT CREAMY/CHEESY

For a thicker chili, in a separate bowl, whisk cornstarch and water together until smooth.  Stir mixture into the chili and cook a few minutes, until thickened to desired consistency.

THICKEN CHILI (OPTIONAL)

Serve hot, with desired toppings.

Shredded cheese, avocado, tortilla chips,

Heat oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Add onion, peppers, garlic and sauté until&nbsp;tender, 5-7 minutes.

Stir in beans, corn, tomatoes, broth, chicken or turkey, and spices. Lower the heat and simmer for about 12-15 minutes or until the chili thickens and flavors blend.

Season with salt and pepper to your taste.

Add favorite toppings and enjoy!
