3 Ingredient Chili Cheese Dip

shredded cheese

oz beanless chili

In a glass pie dish, spread the cream cheese in an even layer (try using the back side of a large spoon to spread!).

Next spread the beanless chili over the cream cheese.

Then sprinkled 1 cup of shredded cheese over the chili.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 min.

can of Hormel chili (with no beans)

cream cheese

Melt together the ingredients in the microwave, stirring every 30ish seconds.

Serve with chips, veggies, etc.

14 Ounce Cans Chili, or 3 cups homemade chili

FOR SERVING: Tortilla Chips

Add all ingredients to a medium deep pot over medium-low heat.  Cook, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted.

STOVE TOP:

Add the chili to the bottom of your slow cooker.  Layer remaining ingredients over the top.  Heat on low for 2 hours, or high for 1 hour stirring halfway through cooking and once before serving.

SLOW COOKER:

Homemade Chili Cheese Dip made with 4 ingredients (chili, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and salsa) can be made on the stove top or in the crockpot!

Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.&nbsp;

Cook, stirring constantly, until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the cheese is bubbly, about 5 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, bread cubes or vegetables.

To make in a saucepan:

Spray the bottom of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray (or use a liner). Place cream cheese cubes in the slow cooker. Smoother them with chili, then salsa, then the cheddar cheese. 

Cook on LOW for 1-3 hours. Stir and serve.

Peel the garlic cloves, then add them to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until chopped. Drain the pinto beans. Add the pinto beans, Greek yogurt, cumin, oregano, chili powder, onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt. Process until smooth, about 1 minute.

Brush a cast iron skillet or 9 x 9&#8243; pan with olive oil and pour bean mixture into the skillet. Drain the white beans. To the bean mixture, stir in the white beans, 1/2 cup Mexican cheese, green chiles, hot sauce (optional), and 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt.

Mince the red pepper and thinly slice the green onions. Top the white chili cheese dip with 1 to 1 1/2 cups Mexican cheese (depending on your cheese preference!), red pepper, green onions, and frozen corn.

Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted*. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

In a medium bowl add your velveeta, chili and picante sauce and heat for about 6 minutes, stirring once at the 3 minute mark and then once it’s done.

Pour into a serving dish and serve with fritos if desired.

Or place in a small crockpot and keep on warm setting if serving later.
