1-Min Microwave Chocolate Baked Oats (without banana)

old fashioned rolled oats

chocolate chips +

agave nectar

oat milk (How to Make Oat Milk)

cocoa powder (Cacao v. Cocoa Powder: What’s the Difference?)

baking powder

salt

Place the oats, chocolate chips, agave, milk, cocoa, egg, baking powder, and salt in a blender.

Blend on high until the ingredients are combined.

Spray a ramekin or small bowl with cooking spray and pour the oat mixture into the ramekin.

Top with additional chocolate chips and enjoy!
