All you need is five ingredients and your microwave!

Crispy Peanut Butter Balls

butter, softened

peanut butter

sugar

crisped rice cereal

Chocolate candy coating, as needed

In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the peanut butter and butter in microwave for 1 minute.

Stir until smooth and microwave 20 seconds more, if needed.

Add cereal, followed by powdered sugar and gently stir until fully combined.

Using your hands, roll into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet. Freeze 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the candy coating according to package directions.

Once balls are chilled, place each one on a fork and dip in chocolate until fully coated, letting excess chocolate run off. Place on baking sheet again chill until set. Enjoy!

These tasty treats are a fun way to get oats, nuts, and seeds in your diet. Easy to make and stores  in the fridge for quick snacks or dessert.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Balls

peanut butter (creamy & natural)

vegan chocolate chips

oats

maple syrup (or agave, etc.)

almonds, crushed

flax seed

sunflower seeds

In a small pan over medium heat, add peanut butter and maple syrup. Stir and let heat for a few minutes until creamy and melted.

Add remaining ingredients.

Stir with spatula for 1-2 minutes to combine until chocolate thoroughly melts.

Remove from heat and let the mixture sit in the pan for about 10 minutes to cool.

When it cools enough to touch, mold into balls. (They&#039;ll harden further as they sit.) We store ours in an airtight container in the fridge.

Step 1

Place cake crumbs into a large bowl or a zip lock bag.

Step 2

Add half the frosting and the white chocolate bits.

Step 3

Add more frosting as needed to make firm but moist balls.

Step 4

Step 5

Roll tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls and coat with chocolate hail.
