Crunchy Asian Chopped Salad with Creamy Almond Dressing

chopped/shredded napa cabbage or romaine lettuce

chopped/shredded purple cabbage

carrots

red bell pepper

avocado, sliced

green onions, sliced

cilantro

almonds

chicken

chili almond dressing

Toss cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, green onions, cilantro and shredded chicken in a large salad bowl or the salad chopper bowl. Toss with dressing to taste.

Portion salad on a plate. Top with sliced avocado and chopped almonds.

This was such an amazing salad and dressing recipe! All of the flavors blended together so well from the dressing and gave the perfect crunch, and was a great mix of sweet and savory, with a little kick from the chili pepper in the dressing! Will definitely be making this again, and even use it in tacos next time!

Easy Asian Salad with Sesame Dressing

lettuce (5.29 oz | 150 g)

red cabbage (3.13 oz | 89 g)

carrot (4.51 oz | 128 g)

green onion

rice vinegar

sesame seed

sesame oil

½ teaspoon honey or maple syrup

Salt and pepper, (to taste)

Add all salad ingredients in a salad bowl.

Whisk all dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Add to the salad and toss.

Serve.
