celery stalk, chopped

yellow onion, chopped

red pepper, chopped

cheddar cheese

can shoepeg corn, drained

can french cut green beans, drained

can condensed cream of celery soup

sour cream

Salt and pepper

sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 8x8 baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, add celery, onions, red pepper, cheese, corn, greens beans, condensed soup, and sour cream. Mix well and season to taste.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the crushed cracker over the top. Pour the melted butter on top of the dish and bake for 45 minutes.

Apple Cheesecake Danish Bars

(2) 8 oz packages crescent roll dough

apple pie filling

packages cream cheese, softened

sugar

butter (1 stick), melted

vanilla

cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.

Roll out the first package of crescent roll dough and fit it into the bottom of the prepared dish.

In a medium sized bowl, mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Spread the cream cheese mixture across the crescent rolls into and even layer.

Spoon both cans of apple pie filling on top of the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.

Place the second crescent dough roll on top of the apples and pour the melted butter over the top.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 30-34 minutes.
