Refreshing Moonshine Mule Recipe 

oz unflavored moonshine

oz lime juice,

oz ginger beer

Squeeze lime juice into a copper mug&nbsp;and drop in the spent lime.

Add ice cubes, then pour in the moonshine and fill with cold ginger beer.

Stir well and serve. Garnish with lime slices if desired.&nbsp;

a great variation of the beloved classic cocktail.

Lillet Negroni

oz Lillet

oz Campari

oz spring 44 gin

orange bitters

orange peel (pith removed)

Place one large ice cube into a single old fashioned, low ball, or other straight-sided glass that is 4 inches or so tall. If you don't have large ice cubes, fill the glass halfway with small cubes. Large ice cubes are preferred for this cocktail, but in a pinch, small ones will do.

Combine the Lillet, Campari, Gin, and the dashes of orange bitters in a bar pitcher or even a 2-cup measuring cup place several ice cubes. Large ice cubes are preferred for this cocktail. But if you don't have large ice cubes, use the smaller ones.

Using a bar spoon or any long spoon, stir the cocktail for 20 – 30 seconds. Stir the cocktail for half as much to not dilute as much if using small ice cubes.

Pour into the ice-filled glass.

Twist the orange peel over the cocktail to release some of the oil from the rind.

Place the peel into the cocktail and serve.

The Black Negroni is a new take on the classic Negroni. The Combination of Old Tom gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, and some Mr. Black cold brew coffee liquor. Add an orange peel and some Ice and wahoo! You have an incredibly delicious cocktail.

The Black Negroni

oz Spring44 Old Tom Gin

¾ oz Campari (or another bitter aperitif such as Spring44 Fortify)

¾ oz Sweet Vermouth

½ oz Mr. Black coffee liquor

In a lowball glass combine the gin, Campari, the Sweet Vermouth, and Mr. Black. Or you can make this in a pitcher.

Add a couple of Ice cubes or one large ice cube and stir with a spoon spinning the ice cube to stir the cocktail. The idea is to chill the mixture down and to slightly dilute it.

If you mixed this in a pitcher pour into a Low ball glass filled with more ice or one large ice cube.

Twist the orange peel over the cocktail to help release some of the oils and add to the finished cocktail.

Meyer Lemons work their magic with Empress Gin to make a wickedly delicious Simple Meyer Lemon Gimlet.

Simple Meyer Lemon Gimlet

sugar (white, granulated)

water

oz Gin, Empress 1908 suggested (or Hendricks

oz Meyer Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

oz simple syrup

Rosemary, fresh (for garnish)

pcs Meyer Lemon zest (for garnish)

In a small sauce pan, combine sugar and water. Heat until almost boiling. Stir until sugar is completely melted. Allow to cool completely before using. Place in jar with lid and keep refrigerated for up to 1 month.

Simple Syrup

In a cocktail shaker, add ice, gin, Meyer lemon juice and simple syrup. Stir until well chilled.

Pour mixture through a strainer into cocktail glasses and garnish with a rosemary sprig and a piece of Meyer Lemon zest. 

Serve immediately.
