Cup Flour

Pop cheese in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm. In the meantime, fill a medium saucepan halfway with vegetable oil and heat on medium the oven to 200&#39;c

Mix panko breadcrumbs with a generous sprinkle of Mingle&#39;s Citrus Pepper Seasoning

Take cheese out of the freezer, lightly coat Brie wheel in flour, then egg, then panko. Dip a second time into the egg, then again into the panko

Deep fry cheese for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown, remove from oil and drain on paper towel.

Serve with crusty bread &amp;amp; enjoy :)

Large Potatoes

Tbsp Butter

Tbsp Honey

Tsp Mustard

Cloves Garlic

Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Preheat the oven to 180C.

To make the hasselbacks use two utensils (like chopsticks) either side of each potato and make cuts almost all the way through. Make sure not to cut through to the bottom.

Place potatoes on a baking tray and brush with EVOO

Generously sprinkle Mingle&#39;s Citrus Pepper all over then place in the oven for 30-40 mins.

Take out of the oven &amp;amp; place small knobs of butter on each potato and pop in the oven for another 30 mins.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden and delicious.

In a small pot, add honey, mustard and garlic. Cook slowly for 5 mins until bubbling.

After 30 mins, take potatoes out &amp;amp; glaze with honey mixture.

Pop back in the oven for an extra 15 – 20 mins.
