Preheat the oven to 180C.

To make the hasselbacks use two utensils (like chopsticks) either side of each potato and make cuts almost all the way through. Make sure not to cut through to the bottom.

Place potatoes on a baking tray and brush with EVOO
Step 4
Generously sprinkle Mingle's Citrus Pepper all over then place in the oven for 30-40 mins.
Step 5
Take out of the oven & place small knobs of butter on each potato and pop in the oven for another 30 mins.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden and delicious.
Step 7
In a small pot, add honey, mustard and garlic. Cook slowly for 5 mins until bubbling.
Step 8
After 30 mins, take potatoes out & glaze with honey mixture.
Step 9
Pop back in the oven for an extra 15 – 20 mins.
