Jalapeño Tequila Margaritas

For the Jalape\u00f1o Tequila:

100 tsp blanco tequila

For the Jalisco Garden:

oz jalape\u00f1o tequila (alternate: St. George Spirits Green Chile Vodka)

oz green chartreuse

honey syrup

½ oz fresh squeezed and strained lime juice

For the Honey Syrup:

3 ⁄ 10 oz very hot water

5 ⁄ 10 oz honey

The French 75 is the perfect celebration cocktail. Champagne-based with botanical gin, sweet simple syrup, and sour lemon, this drink is mild enough to appeal to most while still having a lot of flavor!

Classic French 75

oz gin

simple syrup

lemon juice,

oz sparkling wine, chilled

Fill a shaker with ice. Pour gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Shake for 30 seconds.

Strain mixture evenly into two coupe or champagne glasses.

Top with 2 oz. sparkling wine. Garnish with a fresh twist of lemon. Enjoy!
