Creamy Espresso Martini with Baileys

oz vodka ((1/4 cup))

oz freshly brewed espresso (cooled;

coffee beans (optional;

Add ice, vodka, Irish cream liqueur, and espresso to cocktail shaker.

Shake vigorously at least 10-15 seconds or until frothy. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass, shaking the shaker a bit to let out all of the foam. Garnish with coffee beans, if desired, and serve immediately.

Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini Cocktail Recipe

oz vodka (1/4 cup)

½ oz coffee liqueur (1 tablespoon)

oz espresso (cooled to room temperature)

pumpkin sauce

whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice (optional; for topping)

Add ice, vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and pumpkin sauce to cocktail shaker.

Shake

Shake vigorously at least 10-15 seconds or until frothy. Pour into chilled cocktail glass, shaking the shaker a bit to let out all of the foam.

Serve

Add whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice, if you like. Serve immediately.
