This easy kale side dish is made with sauteed kale with balsamic and dried cranberries.

Sauteed Balsamic Kale with Dried Cranberries

olive oil

onion,

kale leaves (no stems)

cranberries

water

salt

balsamic vinegar,

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until starting to soften and are browned, 3 to 5 minutes. Add kale, cranberries, water and salt, cover and cook, removing lid to stir often until the kale is wilted and tender, 3 to 6 minutes longer. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

We have been getting a lot of kale in our Misfit vegetable box.  Made this to go with roast chicken and it was delicious!  Thank you for this “go to” kale recipe.

I made this to take to a potluck and everyone loved it! And it's easy!

This was really good! I am not a big fan of kale but bought some to make an “egg bite” recipe that never came to be. I wanted to makeSomething quick before the kale went bad. This was so quick and easy and really good!! I’ll make this again.  Thank you for this recipe!
