Corned Beef Irish Tacos

oil and vinegar coleslaw

kiwi

corn tortillas

cheddar cheese ((or more))

mayonnaise

sour cream

lime juice

sea salt

Tabasco

cook corned beef

Cook Corned Beef according to recipe directions. Shred or slice thinly when cool enough to handle.

prepare coleslaw

Prepare the coleslaw, then add one chopped kiwi.

prepare crema

Mix crema ingredients and whisk to combine. If you want to add a bit of spice, add ½ - 1 teaspoon of Tabasco or your favorite hot sauce.

serve

Heat and char corn tortillas over a flame or in a cast-iron skillet. Place on tortilla holders and fill with cheese and shredded or sliced corned beef. Top with coleslaw and drizzle with Crema.
