This healthy herbed veggie dip is a cinch to make and pairs perfectly with veggies, crackers and/or chips. Cottage cheese gives the dip an ultra creamy texture and a boost of protein, while garlic, dill and scallions lend it an irresistible flavor. You can serve the dip on snack boards, on crudité platters, or as a simple but nutritious snack. It’s also fabulous with potato chips for a lightened-up game day appetizer!

Salt and black pepper

Plop the garlic into a mini food processor and process until finely chopped. Add the lemon juice, cottage cheese, dried oregano, dill, scallions and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Process until smooth. Taste and season with more salt and pepper as needed. If you prefer a thinner texture, blend in a touch more milk.

This Cottage Cheese Dip takes just 5 minutes to whip up and once you taste it, you&#39;ll want to dip EVERYTHING into it! Be sure to try the Jalapeno Ranch variation, if you like a little added spice.

Amazing Cottage Cheese Dip

In a high-speed blender, combine the cottage cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, dill and black pepper. Add in 2 tablespoons of water, and secure the lid on the blender. Blend until the cottage cheese is smooth, with a whipped consistency.

Add 2 more tablespoons of water and blend again for a more runny texture. (I usually add 4 tablespoons of water total, but this will vary based on how watery your cottage cheese is.) Adjust any flavoring as you see fit, but keep in mind the flavor will develop even more when chilled.

For a Jalapeno Ranch variation (highly recommended!) add in the optional 3 tablespoons of jarred sliced jalapenos, and their juices, and blend again. For a less tangy or spicy flavor, you can start with just 2 tablespoons.

Transfer the dip to an airtight container and store it in the fridge. The flavor will develop even more after a few hours! It should keep well in the fridge for up to 5 days. Serve it as a dip with veggies, chips, or crackers, or spread it on sandwiches and tacos. It&#39;s also a delicious salad dressing!

Cottage Cheese Buffalo Chicken Dip

½ Cups Cottage Cheese (Fat Free, Reduced Fat,

Ounces Buffalo Sauce (Low Sodium Preferred)

½ Tablespoons Ranch Seasoning Mix (Low Sodium Preferred)

½ Cup Cheddar Cheese (or Other Cheese (Make sure it compliments the Buffalo))

Ounces Chicken (*Cooked (Rotisserie and Canned work great!))

Process or blend your Cottage Cheese, Buffalo Sauce, and Ranch Seasoning Mix together until smooth

Mix in your Cheddar Cheese and Chicken (shred or chop it up)

Pour your mix into a microwave safe dish

Microwave for :45 seconds

Mix everything around

Repeat until your mix is hot enough for you

Microwave Instructions (Fastest!)

Coat an oven safe dish or pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour your mix in

Optionally top it with some additional Cheddar Cheese

Bake it on 350F/176C for around 30-35 minutes or until your edges start to brown

Oven Instructions

Coat an air fryer safe dish or pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour your mix in

Cover your dish or pan with foil

Air Fry it on 325F/162C for around 15 minutes

Remove your foil and let it air fry for an additional 3-5 or until your see some browning
