A convenient hands off meal made in the crockpot. This easy recipe uses cube steak and simple pantry ingredients for asatisfying meal. An affordable “set it and forget it” dinner the whole familywith love!

Crockpot Cube Steak

chicken soup

½ oz can French onion soup

au jus gravy mix

water

cubed

cornstarch

Tablespoons water

Add the cream of chicken soup, French onion soup, gravy mix, and water to the bottom of a 6 quart slow cooker. Stir to combine.

Add the cube steak to the slow cooker and toss to coat the steak in the gravy.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

In a small bowl combine the cornstarch and cold water. Stir to create a slurry. Add this to the crockpot after the beef is cooked.

Increase the heat on the slow cooker to high and cook for an additional 30 minutes until the gravy has thickened.
